The JCTC Center for Language and ESL Studies has been established to provide support services for ESL learners.  We are now offering writing consultation and tutoring services including a focus on pronunciation/conversation and writing support.  We offer computers on which students can type papers, conduct Internet research, and access ESL websites that assist with ESL learning.  We’re also developing a multi-media learning resource center with reference materials, films, learning tools, and lounge space for student gatherings.  We hope the Center will offer our ESL learners a familiar “home” where they can access the information, resources, and support needed for academic success.
